ReddingAlarm.com is a free referral service. We connect Redding, CA and Shasta County residents and businesses with participating local, licensed alarm and security providers — we are not an alarm company ourselves. This policy explains what information we collect through our quote request form and how it's used.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, property type (residential or commercial), business name (if applicable), and what you need help with. We also use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) on this site, which collect standard technical/usage data (e.g., pages viewed, browser type).

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to match your request with participating local alarm and security providers who serve your area, and to send your request to those providers so they can contact you directly with a quote.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell or resell your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or any other unrelated third party. We do not add you to marketing lists outside of the purpose described above.

We do share it with our local partners

To provide the service you requested, we share your quote request with the participating alarm and security providers in our network who serve your area. That's how you receive quotes — this sharing is the core of how the service works, and it's limited to those participating providers.

Your choices

If you'd like us to delete your information, stop sharing it with our provider network, or have questions about this policy, contact us at leads@reddingalarm.com. California residents have the right to request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold about you — email us and we'll take care of it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, bot protection on our form) to protect the information you submit, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above.
